We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations to allow us to offer the time to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may affect the length of your appointment or result in rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of service.

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will work with you to adjust the style or color to better meet your expectations. If deposit is made and an appointment is not rescheduled or is deemed a no show - there will be no refund.
